I can't log into the driver app

  • Have you been invited and approved as a driver by your company? If not, please check with your employer.
  • Ensure you have downloaded the correct the GetSwift Driver app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • If you are having password issues and need to reset your password, click here and follow the prompts to receive an email to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within several minutes, please check your spam folder.

Oops Unable to login with supplied credential:  simply means you are not entering in the right password.  Try resetting your password.

To reset password

  • If you are seeing Offline..."Re-establish uplink" you need to "Go Online"

Re-establish uplink: that simply means you are not online and not able to receive orders.   See the instructions above to "go online"

  • Have you completed all of your Driver Declarations?
    • Driver Declarations: This is configured by your employer.  These are a checklist of items that you, as a driver, must agree to before they go “online” and become available to start receiving tasks in the driver mobile app

    • You must agree to ALL of the declarations, before going online
