This can be due to a number of reasons:
- Have you been approved as a driver from your merchant administrator?
- Are you online on the driver app?
- Is your iphone or android updated and using the latest software?
- Do you have GPS and location services enabled for Swift on your phone?
- Has the dispatched actually dispatched the job to you and it says you have been notified?
- How far away are you from the pick up address? Check the operators general settings to make sure your merchant has not restricted the distance of how far a notification can travel to a driver?
- Are you already doing a job and maybe the operator has restricted the amount of jobs you can carry or be notified of until you finish the current job?
