This can be due to a number of reasons:
- Has the driver been approved from your merchant admin?
- Is the driver online on the driver app?
- Is the driver's iphone or android updated and using the latest software?
- Does the driver have GPS and location services enabled for Swift on your phone?
- On the operator map, does it say if the driver has been notified?
- How far away is the driver from the pick up address? Check your merchant general settings to make sure you have not restricted the distance of how far a notification can travel to a driver?
- Is the driver already doing a job and maybe the operator has restricted the amount of jobs the driver can carry or be notified of until you finish the current job?
- Try and delete and re-download the app and sign in again?
