He developed the framework and coined the phrase GEMS – Growth, Execution, Monetization and Strategy, these being pillars of the new rapidly growing digital economy. As a leader and visionary in the digital product and monetization space with an eye on disruptive emerging technologies Bane’s other notable senior leadership roles include Board Member of The Blue Chilli Group & Head of Global Growth & Strategy, and advisor to a number of companies such as Cool Hunting, Travel Massive, and Splitsville among others.
