RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for managing the company’s development and infrastructure projects and processes in the Enterprise Project Management Office which contains all the processes and controls to manage all technology projects. Also, under the guidance of this position, all process will undergo process improvement and optimization functions leveraging 6 Sigma’s DMAIC analysis methodology.

• Accounts for all decisions, on a project basis, regarding focus area solutions for all IT development, infrastructure, contractor projects and support efforts.

• Works with product and business SME’s, and all business operational units to design and deploy the best agile project management system.

• Reviews, analyzes and implements all aspects of the SDLC, including project planning, reporting, tracking, and execution.

• Manages the corporate release mgt, change mgt, crisis mgt, and assists in onboarding project mgt.

• Manages the enterprise project reporting, statistical analysis reporting, and control mgt reports to track all non-conformance of procedures.

• Manages all system required to handle EPMO functions with help from the infrastructure team.

• Handles all logistics for all IT teams across all locations.

• Mentors junior project managers, and cross-matrixed company employees to educate and implement all EPMO procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor’s degree in MIS/Business, PMP certification, and a working history of managing international enterprise development projects.

Must have a strong track record of delivering enterprise solutions via project management to public FinTech or other highly visible public companies, with ability execute SDLC, Agile, and/or 6 Sigma process to obtain business objectives met for the project.

• 5+ years in open source or commercial Agile tooling

• 6 Sigma application experience would be a plus

• 5+ years managing projects in an agile methodology

• 5+ years business management

Must be able to execute enterprise project and process improvement functions for the tactical delivery of complex, mission-critical IT projects. Must be able to work closely with all management levels, key company staff and customers. Must have an aptitude for understanding business trends to develop timely, effective IT process and controls.

The QA Automation Tester is responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual tests of the company’s software.

 

As a member of an agile delivery team:

●      Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and automated tests to ensure that the application meets the business’ functional and non-functional requirements

●      Conform to procedures for software configuration and the delivery pipeline for test development

●      Perform acceptance and user experience testing necessary to assure that the software is releasable

●      Work with product managers and developers to review features, user stories, and acceptance criteria and estimate effort

●      Troubleshoot application and data issues in development and test environments

 

 A bachelor’s degree in CIS or equivalent experience with 4 years of experience in automated and manual QA testing to include:  

●      Experience in QA test scenario development and documentation

●      Experience with open-source test automation frameworks (Spock, Selenium, etc.)

●      Experience with an object-oriented scripting/programming language (Groovy, Java, Python)

●      Exposure to CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker is preferred, but not required

●      Knowledge of testing RESTful web services and related authentication standards such as OAuth is preferred, but not required

●      Knowledge of testing mobile apps using a framework such as Appium is preferred, but not required

 

Must be familiar with common programming patterns. Must be familiar with MacOS and Windows operating systems. Logistics industry experience is preferred.

● Manage software configuration and the delivery pipeline for mobile app development, including submitting apps to the app stores

● Perform unit, commit, and integration testing necessary to assure that the software is releasable

● Work with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and implement appropriate architecture and technical solutions for product features and user stories

● Troubleshoot application issues in development, test, and production environments, including use of crash analytics and test reports to identify problem areas

Looking for a commercial lawyer who would serve as the principal internal counsel, advising the C-suite on all legal matters, coordinating external counsel and representing the firm as necessary.

Essential Functions

AUSTRALIAN LAW EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Summary

The general counsel will be responsible for all legal matters of the firm to protect the firm from unnecessary legal risk, including securities compliance, employment law, executive compensation, business agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, sales practices, policy development and compliance and other matters.

The GC will work closely with the C-level team to advise on legal practices and procedures so that business can be conducted efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of compliance with Australian and US securities, stock exchange and other regulatory rules and laws. This is a full-time position at GetSwift’s new Denver offices with the option of reporting at the company’s headquarters location in New York.

As with any growth stage business, the hours can be extensive. Global operations and being listed on the ASX require an ability to supervise and conduct legal activities 24/7.

Qualifications

Law degree from a top-ranked national law school, bar admission, and previous work with a top-ranked law firm are required.

Experience representing growth stage and publicly-listed firms is necessary with experience working with companies listed in Australia a plus.

Good judgment, leadership skills, excellent writing and communications skills, demonstrated negotiating ability and ability to work well in teams are expected.

Candidates must demonstrate integrity and ability to help create an ethical and inclusive culture.
